Fredrik Sickling is an experienced leader passionate about driving change and development in complex contexts. He founded Stratup AB, where he provides management consulting services to empower decision-makers. He prioritizes leveraging human skills while automating repetitive tasks. His expertise lies in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and sustainability within the banking and finance sector.

With over a decade of experience in high-level professional services and as a transaction specialist from Stockholm and London, he brings a robust knowledge base to every assignment. He has a proven track record of leading teams and solving problems, ensuring collaborative success in intricate projects. He has served on the board of directors of several large financial institutions, further enhancing his strategic and governance capabilities. His consulting career began with Ernst & Young in 2006, and he holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Management.
